How a chain is paid
There are no paylines. Every three candies broken in the same step count as one chain, and leftovers do not carry into the next step. The first chain of the play pays nothing. Every chain after it pays 0.05x the stake before multipliers. Two chains pay 0.05x, three pay 0.10x, five pay 0.20x, ten pay 0.45x and twenty-one pay 1.00x.
Stake's symbol grid prints 0.5x for a match of three on every colour. The worked example on the same page does not use that figure. Four chains with a 7x multiplier become 28 chains, the free chain comes off, and 27 times 0.05x is 1.35x. This site uses 0.05x because that is the number the example actually multiplies.
How multipliers hit the chains
Multiplier candies are marked from 2x to 10x. Every one that breaks adds its value to the play, including candies that break after the first chains have already counted. A 2x and a 5x make 7x on the whole play, not on one step. The game multiplies the chain total first, then removes the free first chain. Captured boards show stacked badges of 6x, 15x, 34x and 65x. Those are round totals, not a second paytable.
Stake rates the game high volatility. The buy menu marks Enhanced Moves high and Multi Mayhem medium. Quiet stretches are the expected shape when a paying chain is only 0.05x and the first one is free. Most of the return has to come from a long cascade, a stacked multiplier or the ice rows.
